Collate Interiors uses Hermes and our standard delivery charge is £5.50 for the signed for service, for mainland UK. We are a small business, therefore we have to cannot offer free P&P. We are happy to discuss international shipping, you can contact us directly at email@example.com

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not you can return your item within 14 days of purchase – new items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Unused, in the condition that you bought it. For vintage it must be in the same condition in which you purchased the item from the shop.
Initial delivery cost is non refundable, unless your whole order is damaged. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost for the product.
We can refund or exchange products in store, if they are in original purchased condition.
Once the product has been returned to us, you will be notified by email and refunded via your original payment method.
We are not liable for any 'lost in transit' packages, which are returned to us, it is recommended that you use a tracked services and insurance when returning items.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged in transit you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of your items. We will require photographs of the damage, and will endeavour to replace or refund the item/s.
When wrapping orders we take the utmost care, we hope that your purchases reach you in perfect condition but packages do get damaged in transit.
